0-0 at Stoke? We're not going to win the league.

I've been dormant for a bit, because parenting duties for Fans Futbolito I and II have severely cut into my soccer watching/blogging time. I haven't seen as many matches as I'd like, and I've blogged about none of 'em since 9/16. No point trying to catch up now, other than to say: the 1-1 draw at Arse was just a beautiful game, one I wished I'd written about at the time; and turning off the Man City comeback game in anger at half-time was one of my all time dumbest moves.

Today's match was terribly disappointing: we dominated possession but simply could not connect on the final pass. We've just left a ton of points on the table this year so far. The painful part: the lads are definitely good enough to win this year -- definitely -- but repeatedly come up flat in the "boring" fixtures that we should be winning by two goals. I'm hoping that Nino's return will be the nudge we need...but I doubt it.
