1. Liverpool drew Barca in the CL knockout rounds. I bet Stevie G plays better than Ronnie, even if Liverpool fall. And I don't count my boys out against Barca at all. They've played well in Europe, and have even picked things up in the EPL, pummeling bottom feeder Charlton and climbing into third place.

2. Cannavaro won FIFA World Player of the Year. It's deserved, as I explained here.
